Static content
If you want to show text or a banner within checkout without any conditional display rules, you can leverage our Static content checkout app block. This is a simplified version of our Dynamic content block.
You can format content within a static block using basic Markdown as well as leverage our basic Liquid personalization variables for customer specific messaging such as {{ customer.firstName }}. You can view our Liquid guide for more examples.
